He arrived at the shelter thin, his ribs visible beneath his coat, a stark contrast to the robust physique typical of his breed. He was found as a stray, a puzzle with too many missing pieces. The shelter staff, recognizing the potential in this gentle soul, held him longer than required, hoping someone would come forward. But no one did.
